True for N900/Fremantle. While you can still shut down the device
from command line, the only proper way to do that currently is to
request reboot from dsme.
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=com.nokia.dsme \
/com/nokia/dsme com.nokia.dsme.request.req_reboot
