please put "upstart-" before the names of the example packages

hello,

upstart begins with "u" and example-package begins with "e", which
results in a wide distance between the both packages in a bigger
directory. over time, this results in confusion about what the
example-package archive contains at all. please rename your example
packages to "upstart-example-package-x-x-x.tar.gz".
