Clarification on upstart-0.5 and dbus usage

I wasn't thinking of pidfile in this instance, but a socket that you
could open or something -- ie. a monitor that tests the behaviour of the
program, rather than one that just checks to see whether it's running or
not.

The assumption would be that the service is defined properly and Upstart
knows not to place it in the running state until it's actually ready.
