I'm not convinced that an IRC meeting is the best way for you to present
that; they tend to be quite rambling, and it may be difficult for you to
get your point across.

In my experience, you may be able to do much better with a paper (or
even a particularly detailed blog post).  That way you can get down what
you mean, refine it so you're sure it says what you want, and then send
it out -- after that would be a good time for feedback through IRC
meetings.

Of course, if you're really sure IRC is the best way, I'll be there :-)
