initctl, jobs and ptys

No, not at this time.

I'd theorised that initctl could provide its file descriptors to upstart
over the socket (this is one of the reasons uses UNIX domain sockets
rather than fifos), so they could be connected.

Not yet implemented (but somebody willing could).
