VIM syntax files

Hi all,

I started to write vim syntax coloring files for upstart jobs files
some time ago.
They are still pretty rough and I want to improve them, but they are
already usable.
So feel free to try them out.

Copy the file upstart.syntax into ~/.vim/syntax/upstart.vim and
upstart.ftdetect to ~/.vim/ftdetect/upstart.vim
On Debian/Ubuntu you can also copy them into
/etc/vim/{ftdetect,syntax}/ to enable them system wide.

On my TODO list would be, to add some basic syntax checks to avoid the
most common errors. If you know, how this can be done, feel free to a
patch or some instructions ;-)

Cheers,
Michael
