Native Upstart boot/shutdown jobs for Frugalware

Hey,

I've finished my first try at some native jobs for Frugalware, they seem 
to be working as they should, boot and shutdown work fine. You can see 
them here: http://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/upstart-jobs/upstart-jobs

The mounting/networking isn't event based yet, I'll get to that sometime 
soon. If you have any suggestions about how I could improve them or make 
them more efficient, please tell me :)
