Mistake on the FAQ page

Hi,

I noticed a small mistake on the FAQ page on Upstart's website (which is 
looking really nice btw :)), the link to the replacement-initscripts 
repo is pointing to the Launchpad beta site rather than the main site, 
which will probably confuse users who aren't in the Launchpad Beta 
Testers group ;)
