Disabling/enabling jobs

Hi all,

Yes, I know it's this subject again, but it's a really needed feature. 
Does anyone have any ideas at all about how to have a good way of 
disabling and enabling jobs? Currently I think the best idea is the 
Profiles one (which I wrote a spec for ages ago), or can anyone thing of 
anything better?
