Attempt to explain what Upstart is about in spanish

Just wanted to drop a quick line here to say hi to everyone.
I probably won't be participating very actively here besides following
the development of Upstart.
I took the time to try and explain what this was about in spanish to
try and encourage some more people to help test it, and would like to
