Hi,

Tested with madduck's packages on a sid machine, so not with the very
latest code and without sysvinit compatibility tools, some comments
might not apply, sorry for this...

On the whole, it worked quite nicely. A few remarks:

* While with sysvinit, it is not possible to kill 1, killing upstart is
possible, which of course results in kernel panic. While trying to kill
1 is generally not a good idea, sysvinit does not react to it. However,
I do not know how it handles this, and whether it is possible/easy for
upstart to do so (maybe the kernel helps?)

* Maybe it should not be possible to invoke upstart from the command
line. At the moemnt, it apparently triggers startup anyway, and so,
reruns the whole RC and respawns ttys, basically creating havoc :)

Congrats for upstart, it looks very promising.
