[ANNOUNCE] example-jobs 2 released

I've updated the example jobs to match the current release of the Ubuntu
packages.  These jobs provide compatibility with sysvinit, running the
existing rc script and gettys; they should be modified to match your
inittab.

Fixes:

 * "exit" from single-user shell enters default runlevel
 * "shutdown" from single-user shell shuts down the machine

 * "shutdown" (or Ctrl-Alt-Del) during halt or reboot will not store the
   new runlevel in utmp, so all rc scripts are run
