[Bug 2114015] Re: Move xorg dependency from desktop-common to all the desktop flavor seeds instead

xorg has now been add as a depends for kubuntu-desktop. This didn't
change our current meta dependencies as it is still inherited also from
desktop-common at the moment, but the change is there now in the seed
for when that is dropped. So I will mark this for kubuntu-meta as fix
released.
