[Bug 2097709] [NEW] [reverse-depends]: qa.ubuntuwire.org/rdepends database not up-to-date

Public bug reported:

Running `reverse-depends --release jammy aspnetcore-runtime-8.0` results in:
> b'<p>Package not published in specified release</p>'

This is not correct. The correct result should be:

> Reverse-Depends
> ===============
> * aspnetcore-runtime-dbg-8.0
> * dotnet-sdk-8.0
>
> Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in: amd64, arm64, s390x

This is not really a bug in the source package, but appears to me as
outdated information of the underlying webservice that is used by
reverse-depends.

note: dotnet8 is not in the jammy release pocket. Maybe this is related?
