[Bug 2081306] [NEW] Firefox and Thunderbird don't start in live session

Public bug reported:

Trying to launch either Firefox or Thunderbird in Ubuntu Cinnamon 24.10
Beta live session doesn't work.

Error is:
```
Gtk-Message: 15:19:09.917: Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module"
Error: cannot open display: :0
```

Other graphical apps like Libreoffice or HexChat are running fine.
