First of all, you filed a bug against the cinnamon desktop environment
source package for the Ubuntu Cinnamon flavor, which is inappropriate,
so this is being marked as invalid.

Second of all, it's reasonable to assume the sourceforge downloads are
for pre-official status because Ubuntu Cinnamon was only granted
official status as of Lunar. Therefore, from lunar onward, the .iso
images come from cdimages.u.c whereas prior images would come from
sourceforge since it was a remix and unofficial before.
