[Bug 1991456] [NEW] yaru-cinnamon theme set incorrectly in gsettings override

Bug being issued for the following as post Beta Freeze:

* The gschema for setting the desktop themes for Yaru was set with the wrong spelling 'Yaru-Cinnamon'.
* The Yaru-cinnamon theme variant was changed, and in order to be consistent with the case naming of the other yaru variants, I set the theme name to Yaru-cinnamon instead of Yaru-Cinnamon. However, I forgot to actually *change* the value in the gsettings override.
