[Bug 1868095] [NEW] [FFE] include pull-*-* binary file checksum verification and upload queue support

Public bug reported:

The latest git ubuntu-dev-tools code includes support for verifying the
checksums of binary files downloaded with pull-lp-debs, pull-lp-ddebs,
pull-lp-udebs, as well as the other pull-uca-*, pull-debian-*, and pull-
ppa-*.  Checksum verification is an important feature to include to
ensure the downloaded binary is correct.

Also included is support for downloading packages from the Ubuntu upload
queues, which is useful, instead of having to manually copy links from
the upload queue webpage.
