[Bug 1582900] [NEW] [sponsor-patch] nag about removing ubuntu-sponsors

Public bug reported:

When reviewing SRU queues I frequently find bugs which still have
ubuntu-sponsors still subscribed to them even though a package has been
uploaded to the -proposed queue for a release.  It might be useful if
sponsor-patch were to unsubscribe ubuntu-sponsors from a bug report or
at least nag sponsors about unsubscribing the team.
