[Bug 965817] [NEW] [ubuntu-dev-tools.5] man page should contain an overview of commands

Public bug reported:

It would be nice if the ubuntu-dev-tools man page contained a list of
commands included in the package. We could probably do something similar
to devscripts which generates the list from the list already maintained
in debian/control with a perl script:
