[Bug 791956] [NEW] [sponsor-patch] does not work properly with uploads to -proposed

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

In sponsoring an upload to -proposed, the bzr branch should be changed
to -proposed so the bzr push happens properly, as currently sponsor-
patch tries to push it to the release pocket.
