[Bug 697411] [NEW] pbuilder-dist should be easier to use with PPAs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

With the addition of PPA's to Ubuntu there are many people who use them
and when building in pbuilder-dist it would be nice to have an easy way
to include those PPA's.

Right now if i pbuilder-dist natty --login --save-after-login, I edit
the sources.lost and it says it saves, but pbuilder-dist will
--overwrite-config on start removing those changes.

having to use --othermirror on every load seems a bit too much and for
me (so far) isn't even working with pbuilder-dist.
