[Bug 696373] [NEW] Add a reverse-depends script

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

There is a script in ubuntu-dev-tools called 'reverse-build-depends'. Sometimes we have to look for Depends fields. Now we can use command:
$ apt-cache rdepends
However, above command doesn't show division by component: main, universe etc. Would be nice to have also similiar script as reverse-build-depends.
