[Bug 717245] [NEW] [pull-debian-source] Please suggest debian-keyrings

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

when i run pull-debian-source, a package failed to unpack. an error
tells me to install debian-keyring. When debian-keyrings is installed
everything is OK

so i suggest to put debian-keyrings to Suggest in d/control
