When using update-maintainer on gnome-screensaver (for example, the one
in Lucid):

$ update-maintainer 
The Maintainer email is set to an ubuntu.com address. Doing nothing.
update-maintainer: Error: No Maintainer field found in ./debian/control.

The package has both debian/control and debian/control.in
