Hans-Juergen, thank you for your work.  You are aware that upstream for
this is as dead as dead can be (no new releases for 8 years!).  Have a
look at http://bugs.debian.org/608180.  This will be an up-hill
struggle.  Are you sure it's worth it?  Even if so, there are no
guarantees at all on this one.
