[Bug 773391] [NEW] [grab-attachments] can't handle duplicate files

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

when running grab-attachments for bug 640100 it downloads 22 files while
that bug has 54 attachments. grab-attachments simply overwrites
attachments if there are more with the same filename, which is often the
case with apport-collect.
