[Bug 681699] [NEW] [pull-lp-source] should support -d (or similar)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

Every once and a while I want to grab a source package without actually
unpacking it (e.g. I only want to use it for generating a debdiff). In
those cases, it would be convenient if pull-lp-source supported
something analogous to dget's -d argument (i.e. download, but don't
unpack, the source package)

** Affects: ubuntu-dev-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist
         Status: New

** Changed in: ubuntu-dev-tools (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Wishlist
