Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
When being asked to explain why the Ubuntu delta can get dropped, it
would be nice to have the changelog from the last Ubuntu version in the
file, ready for editing / reading.
Or just include it in the "Changelog entries since current lucid
version" and say "Changelog entries including current lucid version".
