[Bug 511124] [NEW] gnome-shell crash all

Binary package hint: gnome-shell

I'm on Karmic Koala with Gnome Shell version 2.28.0-0ubuntu2

I launched gnome-shell like this (with alt+f2) gnome-shell -r

and it removed all gtk-decorations of the window it removed metacity and
gnome panel but gnome-shell didn't appeared and alt+f2 didn't work
anymore, I had to do ctrl+alt+F1 to get in the "real" terminal and
reboot.

Sorry I've not screenshot at time.
