[Bug 510955] [NEW] Allow to distinguish between Delete and Shift+Delete

Binary package hint: krusader

Common file mangers (e.g. Dolphin) distinguish between Delete of file
(move to trash) and Shift+Delete (erase file). Krusader contains switch
between these options but there isn't way how to use both by hotkeys
