[Bug 509789] [NEW] Build dependencies cannot be easily removed after building a package

Binary package hint: apt-build

Apt has a great command called 'autoremove' - it removes all packages
which were installed as dependencies of other packages and aren't needed
anymore. Unfortunately, apt-build doesn't have anything like this, and I
have tons of development libraries I will never need installed.
