I solved the following errors:

 * Stopping eBox module: logs
   ...fail!
root command stop 'ebox.loggerd' failed.
Error output: stop: Unknown job: ebox.loggerd

By symlinking the ebox scripts like this:

ln -s /etc/event.d/ebox.loggerd /etc/init/ebox.loggerd.conf
