[Bug 448928] Re: [karmic] guidance-power-manager does not remember lid close settings

The problem is that parsing of the lid action setting does not work as
intended. It expects a ValueError when invoking value.toInt() which
instead returns 0 resulting a selection of "Nothing" on each restart of
guidance-power-manager.
