Alessio,

I was looking for an explanation of why this sync is needed, for
example,

"Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
This is a new package in debian, there is no ubuntu delta"

and another example if there actually is a change

"Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
debian/watch has been included upstream."

Just trying to improve the quality of bug reports ;)
