[Bug 507401] [NEW] No pulseaudio support

Actual: No Pulseaudio driver in options. Run via jack.

Developers of traverso claim pulseaudio support and there's a cmake
build option WANTPULSEAUDIO=YES which is currently set to NO in Ubuntu
build. Since pulseaudio is now the default sound server in Ubuntu, this
makes the software somewhat unusable: I was able to route it through the
jack server but this blocks all other applications from playback.
