[Bug 506513] [NEW] hyperlink fails to respond on click

Binary package hint: seamonkey

On clicking the hyperlink, in the website "www.tataindicom.com" fails to
respond on click. This problem has been observed even while using Opera.
However, when using IE (internet explorer), the hyperlink works
(the"Pay" link). Would someone please look into this?


the above aspect was also attempted to be solved using Seamonkey
browser, but the result was the same. There was no response when the
hyperlink was clicked. The url of the hyperlink which i didnot mention
previously is
"https://www.tatatele.in/MCCI/AccDetails/GetAccDetail.jsp?accno=208956583&HidePayLink=false&type=1&RU=https://www.tatatele.in/myaccount/EPayPathAction.do#"

Please check and help, as it doesnt feel good when the same can be done
by internet explorer and not by mozilla or seamonkey or opera. Even in
safari, this does not work.
