Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: qtnx

I created a new session and set the Desktop's type to 'Custom' and the
'Settings' button was still deactivated.

After closing the dialog and opening it again the 'Settings' button was
now available but nothing happened when I clicked on it.

I didn't see any warning in the terminal.
