[Bug 459784] Re: Default proposal functionality does not work

I mark this bug as fixed. Old libraries or config files can cause this
problem. The solution is:

Remove/rename all user plugins (~/.eclipse) and configs (workspace/.metadata).
rm -rf ~/.eclipse workspace/.metadata
