[Bug 504959] Re: Horizontal scrolling bar of theme SphereCrystal not correctly displayed

One can work around this problem replacing the files
scrollbar_horizontal.svg and scrollbar_prelight_horizontal.svg with the
corresponding files in PNG format (added to this post) in the directory
/usr/share/themes/SphereCrystal/gtk-2.0.

Furthermore, all calls to scrollbar_horizontal.svg and
scrollbar_prelight_horizontal.svg in
/usr/share/themes/SphereCrystal/gtk-2.0/gtkrc must be replaced with the
corresponding .png file names. An updated version of gtkrc is added to
this post.
