Public bug reported:

uboot-imx is the new bootloader of choice for the freescale imx51
architecture. it will replace redboot on our images soon (see
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/mobile-lucid-imx51-debian-
cd-to-uboot )

this specific package is in ubuntu only and is fully maintained by the
ubuntu-mobile team, it doesnt have any executables and just puts the
bootloader .bin file in a package specific subdirectory of /usr/lib/.

please promote it to main.
