The asterisk (all recent packages up to lucid) console contains the
following message, patched by debian/patches/ubuntu-banner:

As I understand it, edge is only for beta testing launchpad itself, and
should not be used for normal bug reporting procedures.  This should
probably be changed to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/asterisk/+filebug .
