Please sync circuits 1.1.1-3 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The package now "Optionally recommend python (>= 2.6) with 
python-multiprocessing", the multiprocessing module is part of Python 2.6.
