[Bug 502134] [NEW] Octave should use GNUTERM=wxt by default

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: octave3.2

When Gnuplot is started directly from the terminal it uses terminal type
wxt by default, which gives you extra options like zooming into a plot
etc. But when Gnuplot is started by Octave for plotting, terminal type
x11 is used, resulting in less functionality. One can overcome this by
running 'export GNUTERM=wxt' before starting Octave, but it would be
nicer if Octave used terminal type wxt by default.
