Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cscope

When installing cscope with emacs, it will install xcscope.el and byte-
compile it in /usr/share/emacs/cscope/xcscope.elc but at this time I
find the post-install hook trying to compile xscope.el and of course it
failed at this step.
