[Bug 502054] [NEW] more integration with ubuntu to anjuta

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: anjuta

add option to properly create deb package with anjuta.

there is make rpm in the extrnal tools for example.

also I create widget project but its defaults is to install to
/usr/local while in ubuntu it should to be in /usr (without local)

maybe change the templates to be like quickly, but in graphic way
