[Bug 524672] [NEW] install phpmyadmin after open-xchange installed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

conflit during installation phpmyadmin... system still operationnal but
mysql fail to restart.

First installed Open-Xchange with mysql (originaly for ubuntu 8.04)

Then, instalation failed of phpmyadmin
