[Bug 524576] [NEW] causes conflict with libmysqlclient16 because still built against 15off

Public bug reported:

The package is still being built against libmysqlclient15(off) and thus
causing conflicts with other packages being built against
libmysqlclient16 (newer version).

Causes both libraries to exist within an executable and possibly
breakage or weird side effects. Errors from linking look like:

/usr/bin/ld: warning: libmysqlclient.so.16, needed by 
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.4.3/../../../../lib/libmysqlpp.so, may 
conflict with libmysqlclient.so.15

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
