In order to install a game for Windows in ubuntu, you should install a
software named wine (available in the software center). Then you'll have
to open setup.exe using wine.

You can check there if your game is fully working with wine:
http://appdb.winehq.org/

I'll close this bug: reopen a new one if you experience any problem.
