    - Bump eBox depenency
    - Update description
    - Bump Standards-version to 3.8.4. No changes required.
   * debian/copyright: updated emails and dates.
   * debian/ebox.ad-pwdsync.upstart: added to start ebox-pwdsync-server daemon
